Quick & Easy Overnight Oats

🧂 Ingredients (Only 5!)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt: Optional toppings: Fresh fruit, nuts, seeds

Instructions:

1. Mix

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.

2. Refrigerate:

  • Cover and chill overeight (at least 4 hours).

3. Top & Enjoy:

  • In the morning, add your favorite toppings and stir. Enjoy!

Tips: Prep 2-3 jars for easy breakfasts.

  • Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
  • Try different fruits like berries or banana!
