Quick & Easy Overnight Oats

🧂 Ingredients (Only 5!)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt: Optional toppings: Fresh fruit, nuts, seeds
Instructions:
1. Mix
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar. Stir well.
2. Refrigerate:
- Cover and chill overeight (at least 4 hours).
3. Top & Enjoy:
- In the morning, add your favorite toppings and stir. Enjoy!
Tips: Prep 2-3 jars for easy breakfasts.
- Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Try different fruits like berries or banana!
