🧂 Ingredients (Only 5!)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
  • 1 cup broccoli (steamed and finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2–3 tablespoons almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)

(Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder for taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix everything

  • In a large bowl, combine:
    • chicken + broccoli + feta + eggs + almond flour.
    • Mix well until it forms a thick, scoopable mixture.

2. Shape fritters

  • Take small portions and shape into round patties.

3. Cook

  • Heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.
  • Cook fritters on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

4. Serve

  • Serve hot with yogurt dip, garlic sauce, or salad.
