5 Ingredient Chicken Broccoli Feta Fritters

🧂 Ingredients (Only 5!)
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
- 1 cup broccoli (steamed and finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 tablespoons almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)
(Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder for taste)

1. Mix everything
- In a large bowl, combine:
- chicken + broccoli + feta + eggs + almond flour.
- Mix well until it forms a thick, scoopable mixture.
2. Shape fritters
- Take small portions and shape into round patties.
3. Cook
- Heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.
- Cook fritters on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve
- Serve hot with yogurt dip, garlic sauce, or salad.
