The focus is on practical, evidence-based strategies to support blood sugar balance, reduce insulin resistance, and improve long-term metabolic health. No extreme diets or unrealistic restrictions.

Designed for South Asian Lifestyles

This program is culturally tailored for South Asians, taking into account traditional foods, eating patterns, and lifestyle practices. Sessions are conducted in Urdu, Hindi, or English, based on your preference.

Program Structure (12-Week Program)

6 weeks of structured educational sessions

6 additional weeks of ongoing support


Each week includes an interactive masterclass, where concepts are clearly explained and all questions and concerns are addressed.

Ongoing Support & Accountability

A WhatsApp support group will be created at the start of the program for all participants. This group will be used to:

  • Share progress updates
  • Ask questions and clarify doubts
  • Receive motivation, guidance, and encouragement

The group will remain active for six weeks after the sessions conclude, allowing continued monitoring, support, and accountability.
