Sessions are tailored to South Asian cultural and dietary preferences. You can choose to attend in Urdu, Hindi, or English, based on your comfort.

A WhatsApp support group will be created at the start of the program. I will actively participate throughout the course to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer ongoing support.
